Ingredients

Ingredient A (Base)

  • 100 g Biscuits
  • 50 g Margarine
  • 2 g Coffee Powder

Ingredient B

  • 30 g Gelatin

Ingredient C

  • 40 g Hokkaido Processed Cream Cheese
  • 60 g Premium Cheese Spread
  • 30 g Powdered Sugar
  • 150 ml Cold Water
  • 100 g Brandenburger F08 Milk Powder
  • 50 ml Whipping Cream
Preparations

Combine the Brandenburger F08 Milk Powder, granulated sugar, Brandenburger T2G Cocoa Powder, coffee powder, and hot water in a mixing container. Stir well until all ingredients are completely dissolved.

Fill a serving glass with ice cubes, then pour the chocolate mixture over the ice. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
To Serve
