Soft Cinnamon Cake with Almond Crunch

Melt the butter and margarine together.

Add the flour, palm sugar, salt, eggs, Brandenburger F08 UHT milk, cinnamon powder, and baking powder. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Pour the batter into a baking pan that has been greased and lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the top evenly with sliced almonds and cheese crumble.
